In each area we have a highly trained staff taking commands from a daytime customer service representative and a nighttime manager. Each manager is capable of handling up to fifteen banks. The manager is in charge of staff quality, training, stocking and evening inspections. Each customer service representative is capable of handling up to thirty five locations. This person is responsible for daytime inspections and on site customer service.
